First Met by Marina Veloz-Ceena in sales, then onward to Matt Roberts in the finance dept. Perfect service by both. As a matter of fact, far and away the best experience I've had buying a car ever.
Went to Little Apple toyota/Honda and had a terrific experience. Scott Chapman was my sales rep and he was excellent. His service was exceptional and I felt that he met my needs and was very accomodating; Scott is the best sales rep in the building!
Was very skeptical initially but that was quickly rectified. Matt quickly exceeded expectations. He was friendly and explained all the info and was able to get my wife and I the car we requested.
Jeff and Vic know me by name when I come in, and take very good care of my car. I trust them to keep it running as it should.
