We were pleasantly surprised at how cozy, Clean and classy this place was. We had a blast with the kids and even saw Santa in the parking lot! We yelled hi as we drove by and he sure did let out a jolly ‘ho ho ho’! The breakfast buffet was delicious. The only reason I did not give 5 was the dinner buffet. We were disappointed but hey ... it was a wonderful trip!
Our children had a wonderful time at this hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff was so friendly. They loved the North Pole Experience and Santa Brunch! We upgraded our room so it seems as though it has been remodeled very recently.

Beautiful hotel. Christmas lights are extraordinary! We enjoyed the dinner buffet & breakfast with Santa. Santa was the best we've ever seen. Rooms were incredibly clean & staff very friendly. We would definitely go back!

This has been my favorite hotel for decades. This is an organization that exemplifies a devotion to excellence and quality. In previous years the hotel has impressively upgraded the physical plant outside, as well as the landscaping. In the last year or two they have upgraded the common areas, the meeting rooms, and the restaurant into a truly splendid space. They are now in the midst of upgrading the rooms in the far lodges.
