We have stayed here three years is a row for NPX. The rooms are fantastic, the buffet for dinner and breakfast with Santa the next morning is also wonderful with really good food choices. We have enjoyed our stay every year we have come up to Flagstaff.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. Beautiful place and it was GREAT location. Beautiful view from our room. Love every moment. Had a GREAT experience at the North Pole Experience with my daughter. I would definitely go back again.

We just stayed last night. I honestly was expecting run down rooms. I was so wrong. This is my first time here. I was so impressed. I would have been ok with just a cottage feel. But i walked into a nice vegas style room. The bathroom was amazing. The kids loved the north pole experience, and loved chasing the many squirrels in the grass areas. Traffic is busy, but not crazy at all. My family lived the hotel. I very much recommend it.

We loved our stay! Our room was new, very clean and the furniture gave it that ‘cabin feel’.. we did the North Pole Experience package and we enjoyed everything about it. We had Dinner our first night, which was delicious and Breakfast with santa the morning after our trip to the North Pole. The only thing I’d recommend is using the same santa.. at least for the kiddos who do the tour the night before. It’s no fun trying to explain to my little kiddos why santa is not the same santa they saw the night prior.. and which one o... read more

It was my family of 3. It was a great experience. We had a king size bed with a living room that had a sofa bed. I love the vintage look with modern sleeping accomdations.

What a magical experience. Far exceeded my expectations & I would recommend this for anyone with kids 4-9 hrs old.
