Called them twice for a tank to feed my generator. Once for price, again to confirm. Generator company call them once. Few emails back and forth. Super smooth. Showed up put the tank in, put the lines in while electrician was here. Came two days later and filled it.

I guess I can't say how the service is but they yanked me around for 3 weeks, sent a guy to check out our spot and plan for the setup, a few days later we got a letter saying we did not pass the credit check lol. I'm a union electrician and my wife is a nurse and we don't live out of our means. Almost done building our house tho so it looks like we're keeping the company we've been with. I understand why the reviews for them are terrible. Not very smart but ok lol

You have to pay upfront one lump sum to get propane, then they only deliver In our area once a week so if you run out you sit in the cold until you have $900 to ay up front for amount of propane required, or until they deliver in your area. Will not come out until you are below 29%, and have to purchase a certain amount. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you get hel through a program, just a little FYI: They do not have a fax machine. ( What company doesn't have a fax machine in 2023??)

I moved into a home with a tank so I called to see about the service. The office person was supposed to send me an application for service. I never received an application and the very next day I had a tech come to put a lock on my tank unannounced.
