Ordered their golden chain necklace for my sister for Christmas, and when she opened it, it was a brownish copper? So embarrassing. Now this black residue is coming off of it. Reached out to them through their website almost a month ago and through their social media as well and no one has gotten back to me. Such a scam. And I know they’re still doing orders so they see our concerns and they’re just flat out ignoring their customers.

I ordered 3 items online and paid a lot for them. I have e-mailed the company several times about an issue with two of the pieces and they haven't responded. I found a random number online and called it -- generic voicemail recording. I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
As per the owners on Shark Tank, they sell $2 jewelry for $100. Why throw your money away on this junk?
