Misleading Photos, Health Concerns, and Poor Customer Service with Littell Properties. I had a very disappointing experience with the leasing office at 3817 Fannin St. I initially considered renting with this company due to the great location, but unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. During my tour of a comparable unit (not the one I was approved for), I noticed black mold in the apartment. Very Rude when they answer. Not a great way to show what your business is about.
I appreciate Marc. He is very understanding and nice however, his wife on the other hand was a tough one to talk to which is unfortunate because she was the agent (she’s the community lead now) or person to get in contact with when you called about anything concerning the apartment minus maintenance. She would ignore my emails and calls. When she wrote me back, it would be snarky or rude. I don’t know who farted in her oatmeal but it wasn’t me.
