My experience was great! The unit was in great condition when I moved in and the overall servicing of the building (2085 Sacramento St) was excellent. The manual check deposit process was annoying at first, but they enabled online payment recently and it's been great since. My move out process was smooth and Annie (my liaison during my stay) was amazing!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I hope this helps someone avoid the experience I had. As a landlord myself, I understand both sides of the rental relationship. My experience with Litke in San Francisco was by far the worst I've encountered as a tenant. My apartment building was purchased by Litke Properties about a year after I moved in. To say I was worried would be an understatement -- the devil you know, right? If this is you right now and you're looking up reviews because you're worried? Don't be. I'm happy to say my fears were completely unfounded. Even before escrow had closed we had contractors in doing renovations. Great management company that is very responsive and helpful. Especially Stephanie is really helpful and friendly.
