I rarely leave negative reviews, but I hope this helps someone avoid the experience I had. As a landlord myself, I understand both sides of the rental relationship. My apartment building was purchased by Litke Properties about a year after I moved in. To say I was worried would be an understatement -- the devil you know, right? If this is you right now and you're looking up reviews because you're worried? Don't be. I'm happy to say my fears were completely unfounded. Doesn't respond to texts or emails, doesn't pick up the phone.
Great management company that is very responsive and helpful. Especially Stephanie is really helpful and friendly.
Got a desk stolen from the lobby of one of their buildings, asked management for security footage and while they promised to help me sort this out, I never heard back from them. On the other hand, they were very quick at fixing an issue I had in my apartment after I submitted a repair request.
