Conflicted. Sales experience was horrible here and I ended up going elsewhere after entering an empty showroom and being ignored for 15 minutes. Internet sales follow up was horrible back in May. Barely 1 star. Service experience: 5 stars. Excellent. Especially John Daly who kept me advised with constant status updates on the vehicle and who treated me in a professional and courteous manner after I arrived from a tow with VWOA. This is not a bad dealership. Its just not particularly a good dealership. Theyre a little more open with their greed, which is what you expect from a car dealership, and if they assume youre going to spend money theyre friendlier than if they think youre just browsing. The salesman are friendly, but theyre also somewhat incompetent, having difficulties finding information, using computers, etc. My simple purchase became complicated when none of their computers seemed to be working correctly.
