Raúl Medrano was amazing makes things so easy he’s always been a great help treats us very kindly and listens to our wants and needs only ask for him at Odessa Toyota
Jacqueline K was friendly, professional and informative. When I noted I was walking over to grab lunch a few blocks away while I waited she offered the free shuttle pickup. Although not needed, the offer was appreciated. My car was serviced timely and quicker than anticipated, which was much appreciated. Friendly smiles, hellos and goodbyes go a long way in customer service and I appreciated her and the other techs doing so.
