The staff was wonderful and very helpful. I came in for my regular maintenance and they assisted me and gave me recommendations on what to fix for my car. The place is comfortable too. Free shuttle was offered which was greatly appreciated! I believe Jacqueline was the person who helped me.
Everything was quick and easy. The only thing I did not like is they truly need to know how to do A better detail.
I really don’t understand why they offer a transportation service while your car is being serviced. My appointment was at 11:30 AM. I dropped off my car and waited for 2 hours, but the transportation never arrived ( Apparently, the driver is stuck in traffic…2 hrs, in Odessa) So frustrating. I ended up having to take an Uber at my own expense. Honestly, dropping off your car is not a good option, and I would not recommend it at all. It’s much better to wait for your car because they seem to be much more efficient that way.
