Lithia Toyota sold me a 2019 Tacoma that is supposed to be "Certified preowned", but the fluids are low, the filters are dirty, the interior is filthy and has damage all over, there's a rattle that a deaf person could hear...this is what Lithia Toyota sells as a "certified preowned" inspected vehicle, they are not an honest company, watch yourself! I emailed and called for a week to make them make it right and all I got was lies and gaslighting! Waiting to hear back from Toyota now!

My credit score was in excess of 750, my Wife and I were both on the application, and ******* told me the best rate they could get me was ****% through Toyota Financial. I figured that was just what used rates were. Super disappointed with this dealershipthey dont know how to install parts properly and have many other problems!! I had break maintenance done on my Lexus here. I waited at the dealership for over 8 hours which I shouldve known was the first red flag. Fast forward a couple months and I have moved and Im noticing my car was shaking and vibrating every time Im braking. I bought a vehicle about a year ago Silverado with ******* MI 5-year payment plan. I've been driving the vehicle a year and there's so many repairs that needs to be done. Wouldn't give me a warranty . It's bad business they sell me a vehicle with so many repairs that needs to be done I'm not happy with this business. Bought a vehicle last month from them, drove all the way from Helena, had everything done on my end still waited 3 hours at the dealership to get everything done. The vehicle wasn’t even cleaned before being sold, literally there was food in the seats after we got home and went to install car seats. Still have not received the card in the mail for my registration and called for two days straight, finally talked to the lady that does their title work and was told my paperwork is still on her desk! VERY BAD experience w/this business! They rushed me the ENTIRE time, start to finish, unbelivably so!! Standing over me, pushing the whole time. Then the vehicle I purchased was advertised differently. Them saying there was NO running boards, when in fact, @ one point there WAS running boards, so they claimed it was wrong photo of that particular vehicle, lies!! As of today, they're LATE on getting my title papers to the treasurer, that's the law, 30 days. VERY difficult to reach someone @ this dealership!
