I mean, it’s OK. It’s nothing special. At first glance, it’s really nice, but it was kind of a letdown from what I was expecting. The pool was small and the hot tub was scalding Hot. The Koi pond had a massive net covered in leaves over it so I couldn’t even see the koi that well. However, the lobby and spa seemed nice and fancy, and there were some good looking fireplaces. This hotel has really gone down hill since the last time I stayed here. We got in late. Our room was probably the worst room you can get, small, beautiful view of the old people’s home Nextdoor, tv didn’t work, stains on the bench in front of the bed and hair in the bath. So disappointing. Tried to switch in the morning but they were all sold out. Glad I didn’t pay much.
Beautiful resort with amazing rooms and friendly staff. It's a most if you are staying in Ashland or surrounding area.
Tristan and Alex were wonderful. Gracious hosts who took care of us, despite our late check in. Lithia is a gem, we will plan our trip around staying here in the future.
