I've been in many different rooms. I think its important to ask which type of room you want to better your experience. Some have kitchenette and some just a fridge. Super clean place however, the mineral water relaxes deep in the cells. Spent 4 days here and was worth it. My kiddo had a blast. Summertime is wonderful to be outside in the gardens, but wintertime here is such a good reset to warm deep in the body. First time back in several years. We enjoy the beautiful, quiet rooms but disappointed that they no longer include a hot breakfast, though there are many excellent options in town.
Great place skip the paid breakfast not worth the price.
highly skeptical of all the 5 star reviews. not my experience at all. 1 star for the room being clean & for the bed being comfortable. 0 stars for everything else. only thing about this place that says resort is the resort fee. pool was dirty (and very small), grounds were in need of maintenance & the breakfast was grim. if you stay here & have a great experience consider yourself lucky, if not, consider yourself warned.
It's so validating to see the other low-ratings/reviews mention how absolutely rude and unprofessional the front-desk staff is here (I dealt with Alex). I've never experienced anything quite like it. Who is screening and monitoring these kids? Yikes. And who's keeping this place maintained? This is the most underwhelming “resort” I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life.
