I was shocked by the 180 degree difference in how I was treated by Melody during the application process from one day to the next, for reasons she couldn't clearly explain. It was a huge red flag and I'm just happy I didn't sign a lease with this company if that's how their employees are allowed to behave. The excuse she used was that I didn't have enough credit.
