Amber & Jeff at LPM are fantastic landlords. Quick and easy communication around any and all concerns or updates. They keep the house in fabulous condition and I never have to worry. I have been a renter for over 20 years, and a good landlord makes a HUGE difference. Thankful for them, and most of all, my peace of mind at my home ☀️
I've rented in Ashland for 25years. We recently moved out of a property rented through LPM. It was a wonderful experience. They were always fair, gracious, and quick to address any issue with the home and property. We received our entire deposit back quickly (-standard carpet cleaning fee). We had a generally positive experience with Lithia Property Management at first, but things took a turn after we moved out of our rental in Ashland. We were charged for a cleaning fee with contradictory receipts—one stating that only the fridge and stove were cleaned, and another vaguely mentioning a "move-out cleaning" with no details. We were charged $90 just for the fridge and stove, which seemed steep for the work that needed to be done, especially since it required two cleaners for only two and a half hours. I felt considered and respected the whole time while they found us our home. They're a group of really great folks that aren't only looking at the bottom line. They seem to be in this business for the right reasons and I'm glad to have found them.
