The customer service could've been better
Hello, my family bought a car from your dealership and it’s been awhile since I have been trying to get help with returning it. Your office staff is not helping. My nephew put his trust in your company and bought his first car from you and it turns out to be a lemon. It’s still sitting in Hyundai of Walnut Creek. It has alot of issues . The first payment is becoming due. Please help us. There’s alot of mechanical issues and nobody wants to help.
So I bought a lifetime oil change years ago when it was offered. They just informed me that they can’t handle trucks any longer and I have to travel to San Francisco for an oil change. Funny how there lifts could handle my truck in the past but no longer. Pay for a service that they are trying to phase out. Very poor customer service. An update. Someone from Lithia sent me a message back asking to talk to me, I called the number left a message, no one ever called me back.
