Worst Dealership to deal with! Never Buy their Life time Oil change program (bcuz they purposely say ur car Vin doesn't show in the system and they will charge you the full price of oil change). Have call the customer service several times and was said you will get a call from the corporate and they will reimburse, unfortunately never happened. Oil change program is a FULL SCAM. BE AWARE
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE bought 2 set of brake pads about $195 but I return them the same day about 2 hours later back in August 27 they told me I will receive a check in the mail but never did since then I've been back and forth to the dealership and they keep telling me to wait two weeks after that another two weeks and no check yet very frustrated
I felt as if I was second hand, waited for 2 hours with an appointment. I used a coupon they sent on my email from Toyota but was told is not from them is from a marketing place. I felt that I was not treated right. Oh well!
Great customer service.
Service Dept. mislead me on charges. I refused the work and got a way better price elsewhere.Very high priced service, maintenance and repairs. Won't be returning. Better shop around.
