If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. I had a terrible experience and was not impressed. I drove an hour to go see a specific vehicle they had in their show room. First, I was in their show room/lobby for approximately 10 minutes before I was ever greeted. All the employees were too busy on their phones or talking amongst each other. Have had an ongoing issue with my Lincoln and its rearview camera for a while have sent it in 4 times and its still having this issue. Called early December and was put on a waitlist because I requested a loaner vehicle. Called back 12/19 and was told they are no longer looking into mechanical issues they are only doing oil changes and to call Keller Lincoln in Hanford......WOW That's just unacceptable. Also the lack of call backs from this place.

Horrible service. Dropped off my Lincoln Navigator for a CEL, received a text with the details of the repairs that needed to be made, and I approved the repair within minutes. This job is at most 3 hours. The vehicle has been there for over 10 days. There’s been no follow up calls, and of the 6 times I called on separate days, the call was answered ONE time.
