I am nothing short of irritated by the lack of service or complaint response from Lithia KIA of Anchorage. I bring in for an oil and filter change, only to find two days later total engine oil depletion resulting in an engine seize. I called the parts department for a price on headlight assembly right and left sides On a kia ***** koup and the quote was $581 for both sides.Plus they never answer the phone. So I go there in person and sad We can't sell those parts for 581 it's $880

Walked into Lithia Kia of Anchorage the other day to look for a new car, my salesman, Gabe, was very friendly, attentive, and informative. He helped me find the perfect car for me, unfortunately it was a bit out of my price range for now. However they have a wonderful staff, good prices, and great value, I definitely recommend them!!!
