I love our new Hyundai Sonota from Lithia Hyundai of Odessa, however I will never do business there again and I will avoid recommending this dealership to anyone. They are dishonest and deceiving to say the least. I found the car I wanted on the dealer website for a very good price and it even advertised it with a "drive it now" price. I drove 3 hours to Lithia Hyundai in Odessa to purchase the vehicle and when we got to the numbers I was very disappointed to see them attempt to attach a nearly $5k addendum to the price adve... read more
Service crew friendly and thorough. Would certainly recommend to others, but it took an hour and a half to get an oil change.
Don't offer the same service when you need there help like when they are selling you a vehicle.
