Sales was the only good experience I have had here. Everything with the service department has been a nightmare. I had a warranty issue that took 5 months to fix. I made a phone call every day for over a week and no one would answer sending me to voicemail and they never returned my calls. Anytime I wanted to find out what was going on, I would have to go in person. When the warranty work was approved, I never got a phone call and the manager of service's response was "my bad."
