I’ve repeatedly tried to reach the service department and have left voicemails, yet I still haven’t received any assistance. I’ve had two open recalls on my vehicle for months, and every time I inquire about the parts, I’m given the runaround with no timeframe of when the parts will be in. This ongoing lack of communication and support makes me regret purchasing my vehicle.
Eric and the staff at this Hyundai service department are always professional and courteous. I took in my Sante Fe to have it checked out for a potential battery issue and they were able to diagnose it and get me taken care of. Thank you!
My vehicle had to go in for warranty work and I talked to Eric. I was told I would have to leave it for a week. I had to rent a vehicle to have a way to get around while mine was in the shop. I managed to come up with the money for the rental. 2 days into it, I called Eric to see how it was coming. Eric was very short with me , now saying it was in "the line" to be looked at and it could take 2 to 3 WEEKS! I'm 70 and can't afford 3 weeks rental.
