Decided to pull into Lithia to check the Hyundai Santa Cruz I wish I would have went through my bank for finance they really took advantage of me on that part....very high interest. My husband and I were mistreated by the finance manager, Alex, who was unprofessional, unapologetic, and outright disrespectful. From the moment we sat down, he was aggressive and rude. Because we declined the “lifetime oil changes” (which we did not need) and other add-ons, he became frustrated and told us to leave his office.
