Everything was good, we tried bartering a bit on the price, but they were not receptive to that, but great service, and worked with us overall. We did arrive on a Friday afternoon, the finance process is a bit long but we did get through in 5 hours, hopefully they can improve on the process time? I’ve been buying cars for the past 35 years and the one thing you know going into it is same ole, same ole. I started out when the lot opened, I won’t name the lot. My wife and I recently purchased a 2026 Palisade Calligraphy and have to say it is hands down one of the nicest vehicles we’ve owned. Rides like you’re floating on a cloud and the seats are so comfortable. Hyundai really stepped up their game with this vehicle. Granted, I didn’t drive any other hyundai, just the palisade calligraphy but I’m sure their other vehicles are just as nice! We went from dealership to dealership comparing different models.
