Bought a used car. Drove four times. Now has engine problems . The manager was very rude to me and told me I could trade it in or get repairs through warranty. When my friend who was with me asked questions, the manager became hostile asking me “ who is this” and said he did not have to talk to her. Friend who took off work to drive me there was just trying to help me. He did not have to be rude!
Trevor is great! His manager… so aggressive and condescending. We were looking for a new truck and when the truck was making noises and we decided not to purchase, he was so aggressive and said “so what, purchase the warranty” and then walked off while we were talking to let Trevor handle it once he realized we weren’t going to be bullied into a purchase. Trevor is better off not having manager involvement.
