Absolutely ridiculous. Brought car in for recall updates for the second time. They failed to order parts the first time. Dropped car off at 9am, was told they would text me updates. They did not. Texted, no response. Went back and was told parts were not there. Wrong, they were but the technician had no clue. Spoke with the manager Adam. No help at all from him. Who is running this clown show? Nelson, get your shit together.
Went in today to just look at the new Broncos. Carson came out to meet us and was super friendly and very honest. We informed him we did not want to go up in our payment and what we wanted for our trade. They could not meet our target for trade but were able to come up with a deal that made my wife and I happy. Not pushy at all and super up front and honest with pricing and all information. Will see Carson again when it's time for a new truck.
Built and bought a 2023 bronco. Have had problems with the front wheel diff and now it’s failing. Service dept has been very unprofessional and still can’t get me into a loaner car after 9 days. No estimated time for my car to be finished since it’s unsafe to drive and the part I was quoted wouldn’t ship for 10-12 days. Would not recommend getting any service done thru ford
Had an appt at 845 on Monday to get wheel up fixed. Called many time tues and never could hear back on whats going on i declined some services they wanted and did it anyways. When I told them I didn't want it they said it has to get done to leave our dealership. Words from the service writer Pipa. When I went to pay for it she said she said she advised me it should get fixed. Totally went back on what she said.
