Amazing staff and experience, very chill vibe with no pressure!
The sales people were super friendly and accommodating, filled up my tank before I left, and helped me quickly finish the sale so I could leave with my used vehicle. The only thing is they let me leave with an out break light, I think that should have definitely been fixed prior to sale but it was quick and easy to do when I got home. 10/10 recommend isn’t the first car I’ve got from lithia and I’m not disappointed
Very disappointed with my recent service experience at Lithia Ford on May 15th. After being told my truck was ready, I drove about 15 miles before noticing a strong burning oil smell. When I got home and called the service department, I was instructed to open the hood, where I found the oil fill cap sitting on the cowl instead of installed on the engine.
