We have had our 2016 Ram 3500 in several times in the past. This time was the *4th* time for the check engine light coming on, which they obviously never really fixed (possibly never even looked at it because we got it back same day or w/in the 2nd day). In the past we were told it was fixed, but would come back on after driving back home, approximately 115 miles away. We were told to bring it in on Saturday at 1100. My 2020 Dodge Ram **** has been in the Viva Dodge of Las Cruces service department for over 2 1/2 months with an electrical problem. I have been in contact with the service department manager trying to get information on the status of my vehicle and at this point they still dont know what is wrong. It is to the point the service manager will not answer my calls and text messages when Im trying to get updates on any progress towards resolving my vehicles issues. Do NOT take your vehicle here for service or repairs - or even purchase a vehicle for that matter from this dealer. This has been the worst experience my husband and I have ever had with a dealership. We are seniors and we were traveling from out of state when our Jeep Wrangler experienced transmission problems and was completely inoperable. Four days passed and the service manager had not even placed it in line for repairs. Still sitting in the parking lot. No diagnosis, no repair, nothing. The worst car buying experience I've ever had. Luciano was our sales person. He was polite but has been very bad at keeping us updated on the status of our tags. Our second temporary tag is about to expire and we still don't have actual tags. I tried to get them myself from the DMV but after a month of owning the car, the title work still wantwa done. The worst part about it all is I'm a 50% disabled veteran so all of the tags and registration are literally free. The last update I got was they would email me yet another temp... read more

Initial contact with dealer was good. Very enthusiastic and vehicle seemed worth the price. After documents were signed and I had the vehicle home for a few days a bad odor started to appear when you first got into the vehicle each day. I also noted that it appeared the dealer did not do a full carpet cleaning as there was significant debri under the floor mats leading me to believe that the carpets were never shampood. My wife and I were traveling from Phoenix back to Texas, and pulling a 5th wheel with my Ram 2500 Diesel, and I got a DEF Check System message. It said that with 5 miles left I would shutdown to 5 mph. I was about 120 miles from Las Cruces, NM. My wife found Lithia Dodge and called them. The service manager said to bring it in. PURCHASED A DODGE DART LIMITED. I was upside down on my trade that Bravo just didn't want to deal with. They were not interested in selling me a car. I was referred to Alex and he took care of me, I did not have to sit there for hours. was very pleased and will refer future buyer there.

It is rare that I write a review. But dang! The dealership as a whole is not bad. But the sells man I dealt with, Adrian was a total prick. He acted like an high school jock the whole time. Though he is much older then me. There was another woman shopping for cars on the other side of the lobby and he asked me if I thought she was a dike or not. Secondly, he kept bragging about himself. I just recently bought a 2013 Dodge Dart. The buying process went very quick and painless. Lithia Dodge is the first place I stopped to test drive some cars. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I wasn't being pushed into trying any type of car. Mike and Patrick were very patient with me while I test drove many cars and some of them more than once while I tried to pick the perfect one for me.
