Today I had a scheduled appt for a routine oil change. I was running late and called to let Adrian know. He assured me my appt time would be worked in. He greeted me with a reassuring smile and checked me in quickly. I waited for about an hour, which I expected. Not only did Adrian make sure my appt went smoothly, but he also checked on a few safety concerns I had as well. Adrian gets 5 stars from me! Also, a big thanks to John Neely for checking in with me to make sure I was again satisfied with amazing customer service.
Spent SEVEN HUNDRED AND SiXTY FIVE DOLLARS and got nothing fixed. First time they said it was 02 sensors and replaced it for 600$. Failed to mention my ECM was for a 2005 Chrysler so when I bought the part and brought it in (Need special computer to download vin) they charged 165$ for “their time” (5-10 min job) and said they couldn’t do it because it had old vin. O Reilly confirmed right after the part was brand new. Wouldn’t trust them to clean my windows.
I talked to Wess and he took care of me. He is very knowledgable and knows what he is doing. I will continue to take my car there and speak to wess he is very patient and takes his time. He took care of me in a timely matter.
Terrible after paying 1400 for someone to "look" at the vehicle, they wouldn't allow it to be towed away until the 24 dollar spark plug was paid off that they forgot to mention about. This place will bleed you dry and disrespect you time. Not to mention, they delete reviews or their previous pages.
