The Service department is terrible. Called for an appointment and no answer. Had to call back before anyone would answer the phone. Scheduled an oil change and a recall. Dropped it off for an oil change and the recall. Got the vehicle back and the recall was done and no oil change. Guess I wasted 3 hours of my day to have to take my vehicle somewhere else to get scheduled maintenance done. Watched the phones ring the whole time we waited and no answered them… that explains that.
I won't buy a vehicle from this dealership if you're looking for a one my husband tried to buy a vehicle online and he was playing phone tag with them for the first couple days then when he did get ahold of them they said they couldn't find the truck on their lot, what kind of dealership loses a vehicle on their own lot, we're pretty sure they sold it out from under him because they offered him a more expensive one well you guys can go to hell.
I called 4 seperate times to resolve an issue with my 2020 Jeep. Each time I was told they would call me back, which they didn't. I needed reliable transportation so I figured whatever, I will trade it off and just get something new. Called sales, same story, no call back. Decided to take my business to Jamestown and I'm currently loving my 2023 Ram. I was in and out with a new pickup in less than 2 hours. Guess I will be going out of town from now on.
