Customer service is beyond horrible. Once you purchase a car and they have your money, no one returns your call. Would highly discourage anyone from purchasing a car from this dealership.
I have bought vehicles from Lithia in the past and have some good and bad experiences. However, my most recent experience with Jonathan Williams was better than any experience I've ever had. He didn't try to upsale me. I told him exactly what I wanted, and he did just that. There was none of that "if I can get you XYZ sign here and you'll buy today"...no gimmicks. Very pleased.
Great customer service and will go out of there way to get you in what your wanting! Thanks Damon and Alex!
