Had to send in my brand new 2018 VW Atlas for a large, deep scratch. Was extremely nervous about paint matching and it being a new car. They did an excellent job!!!! Car looks brand new like it should!! Scratch is gone!! Paint is perfect!!! Thank you!!!
My car was backed into at the start of this summer. With it being a red car I was very concerned about color match and knew there was only one shop in town to bring it too. Jeff Miller, as always, was a consummate professional. In the body shop business I learned very quickly that you get what you pay for. I had my son drive me to the store. When we got back home to park the car my son scrapped the side of the car on a white gutter drain. I was livid. The corner of my car was white. Lithia Body & Paint are professionals at what they do. I've used them several times, but most recently I got rear-ended and needed my vehicle fixed. They not only got me in right away, they also dealt with my insurance as well as the faulted driver. It made an unfortunate incident actually smooth and stress free!! Steve and his crew are top notch!!
