Timeliness. Customer service. Effort. Initiative. Not a single customer in sight. And they told me it’d be 30-40 minutes before someone could get to me because they had appointments. I could see half the staff not doing anything. I guess they are too busy for small jobs. I’ll take my business across the street to aplands. Pretty disappointing. I have had a few cars repaired here. I own a towing company in town and recommend this place to lots of people. No more. Thanks Lithia auto body and paint.
Do not recommend coming here. Terrible customer service from Scott, my car was painted the wrong color and so I took it back and nothing but rude Customer service. I do not appreciate that he talked to me like I was an idiot. They told me they would have to “blend” the painted bumper into the hood and fenders, I then declined the “blending” because I have a brand new car and I did not want the wrong color blended all over the car. Definitely would never come back.
RecommendedI bought my car and within 24 hours it was vandalized dents all over I took it to them and they fixed it like new completely satisfied as I have been in the past when they worked on my other cars. Staff was friendly and helpful
Always good to me, friendly service & they keep me up to date on my repairs and when my car is done.
I just have to say, Hats off to Lithia Paint and Body! Not only did they complete my car a full week before schedule, but it looks amazing! The paint matches perfectly (Even being a pearlescent)! Customer service was above the rest. Thanks again guys! Will always recommend y’all!

Absolutely terrible customer service and they'll give you an completion date and the vehicle probably won't be done by then, took them months longer than the original estimate on my familys pickup.
This body shop is A+ from the minute you walk in. Steve and his staff are not only friendly and professional, they do a solid job on everything from light fixes to major collision. I highly recommend them and would never use another body shop in town. Thanks for always being there Lithia Body and Paint!
