Two hours and 15 minutes for an oil change. Left the dealership and went to my mechanic to have him check my brakes. He said they dumped oil all over the bottom of the car and used a one dollar oil filter. I won't be back.
I use Lithia services. I got the oil change for life. They are always efficient and quick. They even gave me a quote for tires for my next visit, so I can prepare for that. Very good service.
