Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Took my car in at appointment time. Several other people were there as well. They said my service would take 2.5 to 3 hours. Between 12pm and 3pm, I called 3 times. Reached Mindy on the 3rd attempt. She said she would run out and check with the tech and call me right back. Well, an hour later, I called again. Mindy said he was almost done. It was now 4 pm. Mindy said she would send a driver to pick me up soon, probably about 30 minutes. Driver came around 5pm. They close at 5:30pm... read more
Had the part I wanted and in short order but no one was around when I stopped to pick it up and those that word didn't really seem to want to look for someone
