I am very disappointed in litehouse pools and spas there are installers are not professional they have drug my pool install out for 2 months while my pool has been sitting in my garage I cannot get any response from the pool installers so now I have to wait on corporate to take the pool back which they are going to or I'm going to sue lighthouse pools and spas
Literally, one of the worst buying experiences I’ve ever had in my life. The customer service is horrible. The problem-solving is horrible. And the lack of solutions when something goes wrong is completely unacceptable for products this expensive. I absolutely 1000% regret my purchase with lighthouse pools and spas.
I went in with pictures of an old pool pump and filter... it's no longer used but they told me a few options that would work good for my pool. Great service, fast, and friendly.
