Ron Keyes and his son Trevor are the GREATEST' I have a 96 year old 6 unit apartment building in San Pedro. The housing authority made our DWP meters an issue in their last inspection. The same meters were never an issue in all previous inspections. The issue they raised was like getting a 25 year jail sentence for J walking. Ron was recommended by a fellow apartment owner as doing a good job at a fair price. He was more than that. The city inspector addmiitted it was an OUTSTANDING job.
