RecommendedA big shout out to the whole team! Due to some health issues, our doctor recommended a handheld shower attachment for my husband. I went and picked up one at Lowe's. I stopped by the office, Terri had me fill out some paperwork and before I knew it Lloyd was at the door and installed the new shower head. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I have been living here for almost a year now. Patti and Terry have been absolutely wonderful to me since I've been here and the maintenance crew always does a great job. I think this is a great community to live in and definitely recommend!

Okay... yes , I am the community manager , however , I am also a rent paying resident . I love Litchfield Oaks as my new home. I love my floor plan of my 2 bedroom with 2 full baths, the HUGE closet space and wd hookup . We are getting a fresh facelift with painted porch rails and new screens , which is awesome.
