Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Scheduling, arrival and follow up was seamless. The last think I want to do when I am hurting is hit roadblocks. None found all was well. Thanks LHO!!
Dr.Betz is great! He really listened and gave me the time of day to answer all my questions and make sure I was fully prepared and comfortable with moving forward with surgery.
Dr. Brezenoff is top notch. Dr. Pompo isn’t the most empathetic but does seem to know what he’s doing. The administrative side is awful. Exceedingly long wait times on the phone. Unrealistic payment policies. I’ve been going there for decades, literally, and won’t be going back.
