This is only regarding the Workers Comp. Rep (B), she is very passive aggressive. Whenever you call for an appointment she practically talks down and tries to make the process more difficult than it should be. If she does not enjoy her job then she should resign instead of treating people who are already hurt, with scan courtesy! It’s time LHOA do something about this! Horrible experience for a doctors office. Some of the staff need to be trained on their job. Son injured his shoulder and we were referred to this office. First strike . Call for an appointment and son has 2 insurances. He was initially told he had to cancel one of his insurances because they don’t participate with it. Wrong answer you can have 2. One’s primary other is secondary. Wouldn’t let him make an appointment until it was changed. Called back later spoke with manager who allowed him to make an appointment. 2nd. Goes ... read more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Wisch and the entire team at this office. Dr. Wisch is truly amazing. He listens, he is attentive, and I always feel like my concerns are heard and taken seriously. Vinnie is an incredible PA who has been there for me when I’ve needed him, and I am so grateful for his care and support. The Therapy Department is absolutely second to none!
