Lita is a treasure! She has changed my quality of life beyond measure. I ignored recommendations from my Urologist to make an appointment for about two years ... What a foolish thing to do! There is so much more to this than the pelvic floor strengthening exercises!! It's such a short amount of time to see for yourself that I urge you to check out what she offers to help tame those other urges. ☺️
