My experience was surprisingly excellent?!! I have to admit, I have a bitter view of this industry in general, but every step I took with these folks was indeed a pleasure! Wow right?!! There are companies that still do it the right way, and this is indeed one of them! I genuinely recommend and admire the Living in Town people!!
LIT takes great care of us at ABOVE Athletics. All maintenance requests are handled in a timely fashion. Looking forward to a long relationships at this location.
No words for this company. All we are asking is for a SIMPLE phone call and customer service. After being charged $300 to fix a toilet, we now have an over-sized Fridge sitting in the middle of our kitchen. Mind you after a month of having a leaking fridge, that did not keep our items cool, we have had to go without groceries for weeks because no one will respond, follow-up, or let alone replace our fridge correctly. The maintenance team came into put a replacement last week ordered by “LIT” that doesn’t even fit in our kitc... read more
Literally the worst company in Atlanta.
There's property managers and then there's Naija Bryant. This woman has been a lifesaver since I started looking at this place. I have just moved in and any issue that has occurred she's managed to resolve quickly and efficiently. This is rare. I look forward to staying here. With property management like that, I feel like I'm in good hands!
