Buyer Beware! This company is trying to extort me for $ 500.00. I placed an order for the Lit Method Rowing machine on December 2, 2022. I cancelled the order less than 24 hours later on December 3, 2022 when I realized that the machine had no monitor and I was being charged $24.99 a month for an App Subscription. Pretty sure the company has collapsed. Product doesn't work and the is no customer service. The phone number instantly hangs up and at the time of writing this is, I have 12 un replied emails. The live chat is also non exsistant. Such a shame as it promised a lot but I'm sure have been inundated with law suites as they have failed on their promises. DO NOT BUY THE ROWER, donate your money instead to someone or somewhere that needs it. This has just turned into a scam. 😔

Love my machine! I have been shopping for a rower for over a year and I’m so happy I went with LIT. Love the rowing and Pilates classes!

This company has horrendous customer service. I placed my order in MARCH and am constantly following up with them regarding a part of my package that was not delivered and have received no help. I recommend if you are considering a rower, look elsewhere. It seems like not delivering everything as advertised is a common problem with them. They also filter out any negative reviews on their website and block negative reviews on social media.
