This outfit is second to none. They are customer seevice oriented. They respond to emails and truely care about theur customers.
Our listing was posted quickly but apparently was not proofed before posting. Several corrections were needed and our requests were processed quickly. We submitted an offer for comments and that was responded to promptly. The closing process seemed unorganized and disjointed as a few people were emailing us and communication was not clear. On a positive note, it was a great service to get the listing posted on MLS and our house sold quickly.
This is not a flat fee as advertised. The communication is terrible. Additional fees for having an open house. Failed to post on zillow. I've had various realtors reach out to me and tell me that getting a hold of someone in that office is very difficult! Definitely not worth it!
