Easy process to list property for sale. Melissa provided knowledgeable and prompt assistance.
Be careful with their hidden fees, especially in today's tough real estate market. After I sold my house and handled all the paperwork and closing, they still wanted another $80 for a compliance fee or they'd send me to a collection agent - which could hurt my credit. I didn't think that was fair but I still paid them off to avoid any problems. After losing money on my sale, it didn't seem fair to gouge me for another $80 that was never disclosed to me.
