If you are looking for a no nonsense company this is it. Sue Hayes helped us sell our home and everything was very easy and stress free. as promised we had a flat fee and it did not change, also we paid nothing until closing which was very helpful for us. you just dont get the service we got every day anymore and it was really refreshing!
