I would 100% AVOID this builder. John is an extremely rude, condescending and all around negative business owner. We built our forever home, hired him and basically did all the contracting ourselves; HUGE waste of money and A LOT of extra stress on us to try and juggle cost changes, contracts and sub contractors. John didn't help at ALL when things didn't go correctly. He was never willing to go out of his way to call a sub to ask that they correct their mistake.
