The Holland Team is by far the worst management company I’ve ever dealt with. I rented 912 W 13th St in Pueblo in 2024 based on heavily filtered photos that did not match reality. When I arrived from Texas, the home was dirty, damaged, and clearly never inspected—outdated breaker box, filthy carpet, wall damage, and debris everywhere. The owner of the property I rent is a SLUM LORD!!!!! The patio stairs are rotted through, the patio door is busted-- missing 1 pane of glass, won't lock, won't open or shut without jamming. TOO CHEAP TO REPLACE PATIO DOOR, and say they will bill me each time maintenance guys come out to fix it. Even when maintenance guy has repeatedly told them it needs replacing. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Listings.com. They’re highly unprofessional, disorganized, and add unexpected fees that were never mentioned in the contract. My property wasn’t even listed on the MLS, and the marketing they provided was subpar - low-quality, watermarked photos that hurt visibility.
