The owner of the property I rent is a SLUM LORD!!!!! The patio stairs are rotted through, the patio door is busted-- missing 1 pane of glass, won't lock, won't open or shut without jamming. TOO CHEAP TO REPLACE PATIO DOOR, and say they will bill me each time maintenance guys come out to fix it. Even when maintenance guy has repeatedly told them it needs replacing. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Listings.com. They’re highly unprofessional, disorganized, and add unexpected fees that were never mentioned in the contract. My property wasn’t even listed on the MLS, and the marketing they provided was subpar - low-quality, watermarked photos that hurt visibility. Went to view a house and the lady that rescheduled my appointment didn't set it as a self viewing, so I had to call some guy who sounded incredibly offended that I was questioning the outside of this disgusting property. "Should be rent ready, we don't do landscaping, blah blah blah" - finally got inside and surprise, it was just as bad as the outside. Filthy and falling apart. The neighbors have to be so embarrassed, but not as embarrassed as this company should be. $2k for garbage is highway robbery.
This place makes me SICK!!!!!!!!!!! DONT EVER EVER EVER RENT FROM THEM!!!!! They will steal your deposit for normal wear and tear!!!! Before we moved out we paid to have the place professionally cleaned and they charged us an extra $170 to have it professionally cleaned again. They charged $1,000 for a normal wear and tear on screens that were perfectly fine. On a pantry door that was broken when we moved in.
