I graduated my course with Listing Leaders, and at the risk of becoming too personal in a Google review, I was having an extremely rough time when I started the class. If it was not for my amazing instructor, Doris Gaffin, I would have absolutely drowned in class. The way she teaches keeps the class light, fun, and so easy to learn. She truly makes it look so easy! Melissa Mirza was the agent representing the buyer. I was the seller. I’ve never been associated with a buyer and buyer agent who was as ill-experienced as Mirza. It appears Listing Leaders is only focused on growth and will get agents through the door at any cost. Mirza is clearly new to the game; always a delay in getting documents to the seller side citing “I’m at work”.
