First of all, I want to say I am not related to any of these people. Danny, the plumber guy was sent to fix my problem, just left my house and today is Saturday, they are suppose to be closed. I called earlier today and explained to the person who answered the phone my problem. Wow, the guy seemed to know right away my situation. I very seldom get a kind, all ears customer service rep. Lister Plumbing is great. I got a clogged drain at my beach house on Sunday. Since I do not live there, I could not wait until Monday to call somone. Called Roto-Rooter twice, got the answering service, but never got a call back from anyone with the company. Called Lister and left a voice mail - the owner called me within a few minutes. Got a plumber to me within the hour. The plumber was professional, did a great job, and charged less than the quote I got on the phone. Outstanding!
