RecommendedI have used ListerAssister for several years for photos, post/sign, and lockbox installations. I highly recommend their services. Their one-stop-shop makes it easy and CONVENIENT!
I'm having the worst experience with them at this time. They installed a post at my listing in December 2019 and it sold March 2020. They told me that the post they installed isn't the same original post. I've only used this company for post installation! Someone didn't secretly change the post. That's just completely ridiculous. After I sent emails YESTERDAY, someone called me and said they would pick it up. The post that you rented and we installed is NOT the same post that was there upon removal. I would love to help you, but we need some help from you in locating our post. We take a photo when we do an install as well as whenever we do a removal. Additionally, all of our posts have a marking on them so we know they're ours. We use 4x4x wood posts. I have used them to help market my listings for 2 years now. No complaints, and beautiful photos. Also they do a lot of extras with their packages, like putting in the post, hanging my sign, lockbox install, making flyer templates, websites, etc that make my life easier. Very happy.
Terrible communication. Always losing signs and lock boxes. And no matter how many times you call to make sure all is good, still nothing. Had the photographer call today I reminded him of the sign and the box, he said ya no problem and once again only installed the post. Waste of time and money. They dont care about customer service
