Mija changed my life. Most of my frequent pain is gone. Everyone I have recommended her to loves her too!
Mija is amazing! She started out evaluating my posture and the way I was holding my body and immediately pinpointed some of my more painful areas. She's super tuned into you when she's working. I like a deep, intense, therapeutic massage and could really feel the difference in my body after 90 minutes!! Thank you so much, Mija!
I've said it before and I'll say it again, Mija is MijAmazing. Favorite massage therapist in San Diego, hands down. I've been following her for a while now, over 5 years definitely, and keep coming back because of her vast knowledge of massage and healing in general. She is deepening her practice every time I visit and shares more knowledge about new ways to heal the body and mind! I was in the area and needed a massage a few months back . I found this gem and I’m so happy I did! Since then I have been back a few times and I always leave feeling great. I like to get the hour and a half deep tissue massage. I have a lot of problem areas and Mija always helps work them out.
I'm pretty particular about massage therapists, so I was really happy to find Mija. She has "presence" in her hands, which you can feel the moment she shakes your hand for the first time.
