Stacie was the best. I’ve listed twice with her and both times was successful at selling the house. She is always on top of everything and extremely helpful. Stacie answered all my question quickly and efficiently and took care of any changes and paperwork immediately making the process of selling a home doable for someone who isn’t an expert in real estate.

Excellent listing service for anyone who is okay with negotiating directly with buyers and their agents and comfortable with the contracts involved in real estate. The tools provided were great as well as the price. Very professional! Update…I also used List4flatfee as buyers agent and was again very happy. Found a house I wanted, let them know and received excellent support from offer to close plus a nice commission rebate!
