My fiancé Josh and I were first time home buyers and Elizabeth could not have made it any easier for us! She made sure we knew exactly how everything worked. She would answer our questions any time and would even call us to make sure we understand and that we were okay. Everything Elizabeth does it very timely. If we saw a house we liked she would take us to see it within a day! This was very helpful as the market in Virginia is fast as we were told. Elizabeth was great to work with. We planned out a strategy together and it couldn’t of worked out better. We were able to obtain 8 offers and were under contract in 4 days. She was available to hold 2 days of open houses and was amazing in the negotiations. She was able to secure us multiple record breaking offers with very favorable terms. She has a great understanding of the Springfield/Burke market and we highly recommend her.
