Absolutely a great great realty company thanks for all the help.
I bought my first home with SK! Couldn't believe it, I paid nothing in closing costs or down payment. Douglas made sure my earnest money was returned to me at closing. I went through many mortgage companies in Kaufman and couldn't get any were. I met the sk team at there office and was approved in 48 hours with one of their preferred banks. Thank god! Seriously hands down the most personal Realty company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are so nice and quick to get back with you, they handle so much of it that it doesn't even feel like I'm buying a home! The lender I had was so nice and the customer relations department would even call them direct to make sure everything was received. I will definitely be referring them to any one that wants to purchase or sell their home!!
