Their agent, Shannon, called me when I requested info on Zillow. At first she was nice ...I never agreed to sign a contract yet she still showed me the home I inquired about. When I asked if the home had double pane windows, She said it had bay windows...didn’t even know what a bay window was. She then proceeded to cuss me out via text when I said I would sign the agreement for that particular home. Also states her boss does not care if she behaves this way. Horrible agent. Incompetent. Stay far away
The day I had an appointment to see house they confirmed appointment but failed to tell me the price had increased by $10,000. Not very professional on their part.

Gary and Ashley work exceptionally hard for their clients. They can negotiate, list and purchase for any client. I consider them Harrison and Marion County real estate experts. On any real estate transaction you'll want someone knowledgeable, confident and with the ability to get results. List It 4 Less can do all of this, with a fraction of the commission spent at other brokerages.
After 6 months with another realtor (and no offers), I switched to List It For Less. Gary closed the deal after the very first showing! Very friendly and accessible! Highly recommend!
List it 4 Less went above and beyond for us. Any question, any problem they were there to answer or help us with. No matter when or what time,they were fast to reply, meet up, even to vent to about how stressful the process can be, they were there to let me do that . Poor Gary. lol They really treated us like we were their #1 priority. The best part of buying our new home was dealing with our realtors Gary and Ashley. They are the best!
