Some staff are simply wonderful. I have felt unheard in emergency but the gyno I saw today was nothing but understanding and actually listened. I felt so comfortable compared to other times at different hospitals. I do feel the waiting room of the gyno ward need not have footage of babies being born on the tv played for everyone to see. For some who can’t have kids it’s really confronting and confusing when you go in with a plan but then see babies in the wait room and babies being born on tv, bit upsetting but I stayed on m... read more

I'd like to thank the staff who tended to me during my stay at LBH. I could not have asked for better .
